Independent documentation review and technical file services for buyers and manufacturers across regulated industries. Delivered by experienced compliance specialists.
For Buyers
Whether you are raising a purchase order or taking delivery of a new machine, we have services to give you confidence that your documentation is in order.
Before you buy
Raise purchase orders with confidence. Our pre-purchase documentation checks verify that the machinery you are procuring meets its legal compliance obligations before any contract is signed.
We verify that a valid Declaration of Conformity is in place, correctly structured, and references the applicable Directives and harmonised standards for the machinery in question. Any gaps are clearly reported with recommended corrective action.
Pre-PurchaseWhere a machine is supplied as partly completed, we verify that a Declaration of Incorporation is present and correctly references the Essential Health and Safety Requirements to be addressed by the integrator, protecting your downstream liability.
Pre-PurchaseAfter delivery
Once your machine has arrived and you have received the accompanying documentation, it is worth checking that the manuals supplied are compliant and fit for purpose. Poor or incomplete manuals create real risks for operators and maintenance teams. We can review them and tell you exactly where any shortfalls lie.
We check your supplied operator manual against the requirements of the Machinery Directive or Machinery Regulation, covering intended use, safety warnings, operating procedures, emergency information, and language compliance. You will receive a clear report of any gaps.
Post-DeliveryWe review your maintenance manual for completeness and compliance, examining planned maintenance schedules, LOTO procedures, lubrication and calibration requirements, and competency guidance. Findings are issued as a prioritised report so you can act quickly.
